Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how you can request deletion of your data and connected account information associated with CogniLabsAI Social API.
CogniLabs AI provides mechanisms for deleting personal data and integration information related to our services.
1. Website & Inquiry Data
If you have submitted a contact request or business inquiry and wish to delete your information:
Include:
Your name
Email address used
Company name (if applicable)
Requests are handled by CogniLabs AI SIA (Riga, Latvia) and processed within 7 business days.
2. Client Platform Data
Enterprise clients may request deletion of stored data in accordance with contractual agreements.
Requests must be submitted via official support channels.
3. Social Media Integration Data (Meta Platforms)
To remove CogniLabsAI Social API access:
A. Remove via Meta
Go to Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations
Select “CogniLabsAI Social API”
Click “Remove”
Or via Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites.
Once removed:
Access tokens become invalid
Publishing permissions cease
Associated integration data is scheduled for deletion
B. Direct Deletion Request
Include:
Company name
Facebook Page name
Instagram Business Account name
Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
4. What Is Deleted
Upon deletion request, we remove:
Stored access tokens
Linked Page IDs
Linked Instagram Business IDs
Associated integration metadata
Non-essential logs tied to the integration
We do not retain copies of published social media content.
5. Automated Deletion Callback
CogniLabsAI Social API supports automated deletion processes in accordance with Meta Platform policies upon app removal.
